By using CarbonAI you are agreeing to our terms of use, found below.

We allow users to upload images. Because of this we have some very simple, but very strict rules on what is allowed.

• Please only submit your own artwork. If you find something worthy of submission please contact the creator and ask them to submit it.
• No NSFW images.
• No images that could be offensive. This includes any kind of hate speech, nazism, xenophobia, etc.

NSFW (not safe for work) covers all images that anyone could find offensive and include (but are not limited to):

• Pornography.
• Anything sexualising anyone that could be deemed underage.
• Violence or gore.

Anyone found in breach of any of the rules will have their account immediately disabled and all images removed.

All images are moderated before going live on the website. The moderation process checks the above rules, with the exception of ownership, as we have no way to verify it. If you believe you have found any copyrighted material or images that may belong to you being used without your permission please get in touch with us with some kind of proof (such as a link to the artwork elsewhere) and we will remove it.
